We currently only offer shipping within the UK Mainland, but if you're outside, please do get in touch with us for a quote on delivery charges.
SHIPPING POLICY
Standard items (i.e. those which are not personalised) are usually despatched between 3-5 working days. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will always do our best to accommodate.
Personalised orders may take longer depending on how busy we are. We aim to send all personalised products within 5-10 working days from order date. Again, if your order is urgent please let us know and we will try to meet your deadline.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're not happy with any product you order – don’t worry – you can always return it. We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from GS500 World.
However, due to the nature of the products we are unable to refund or exchange personalised items.
Please email and let us know as soon as possible if you would like to return an item. Please return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days using the original packaging to ensure against breakages. It is important to return items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We will refund or exchange your order once we've received it.
Refunds do not include any postage and packaging charges.
